For our deep cleaning and other services, we will require you to schedule an appointment with us so we can do a walkthrough and discuss your specific needs before providing you with our free estimate.
To ensure consistent communication, we monitor our email and phones at all times. We also use our own log books and damage reports. The log book is used for our staff to let us know of any unusual problems or occurrences that may be observed (for example, doors were unlocked, lights left on, etc). The damage report is used to report any damage such as breakage or if there are any plumbing problems which need to be reported to you.
We offer regular site inspections for our commercial clients because we do not depend on our clients to monitor our services, therefore we will schedule regular inspections with management as needed (once a month or once every two months).
Besides asking you to leave us a review on our website, we will also leave a survey (which can be completed for your satisfaction or also notes for us at our next visit. Through the use of our website and survey we can ensure consistent performance and your continued satisfaction.
Pets are a part of the family, and so we clean up after them as well! During service we recommend that you do keep your pet somewhere they will be comfortable — not all of our furry friends like the sound of vacuums or unfamiliar people in their space.
